 Refund Policy

If a photo is damaged when the customer receives it, they will have 5 business days to return the photograph in the matter it was received. In order to receive a full refund or exchange of photo a tracking number, proof of photo(s) of the damage upon opening or receiving the photograph must be emailed to 307 Frames LLC at the address below:

If a photograph is returned before shipping the photograph takes place, a partial amount of the order will be returned in 5-10 business days for orders with a frame.

 

Orders placed without a frame included will be returned in the full amount of the purchase.

 

 All refunds will be issued to the card or account used at time of purchase.
